Baseline | DCCM (TxSurv F-10030200) is a wholly owned subsidiary of BinkleyBarfield | DCCM that provides surveying and mapping expertise to a growing list of clients in both public and private work sectors. With our headquarters in Houston, we also have offices in College Station, Corpus Christi, Richardson, San Antonio, and Seguin to better serve our clients in other regions.
Our experienced registered professional land surveyors and survey technicians employ state-of-the-art field equipment and modern computer technology to collect, process, and manage advanced survey data used to efficiently create highly accurate surveys, maps, and other associated deliverables. These deliverables are prepared for a broad range of engineering and architectural design projects, including projects for commercial, industrial, and residential land development; highway, bridge, and other transportation projects; utility projects; drainage projects; and projects associated with GIS.

Our surveyors and technicians employ state-of-the-art field equipment and technology for the collection and interpretation of advanced surveys and maps. Our experience includes a broad range of architectural and engineering design projects, including land development, facilities, commercial, residential, transportation, highway, bridge, utility, and drainage projects for clients in both the public and private sectors. Our survey team can also provide mapping services for projects requiring right‑of‑way acquisition, hazardous waste sites, and petrochemical installations for the oil and gas industry. We perform control surveys and staking services for construction projects and provide photogrammetric and GPS support for large-area planning and design.
These services, coupled with first-rate customer service, efficient time management, and proven reliability, make our team and clients successful.
