Seguin, Texas (April 21, 2022) – Baseline Corporation (Baseline) is pleased to announce its recent acquisition of Tri-County Surveying (Tri-County), a land surveying company headquartered in Seguin, Texas.

Tri-County was established in Seguin by Richard and Gloria Kinz in 1996. Surveying services were provided in Guadalupe County and the surrounding counties of Wilson, Comal, and Gonzales for over 26 years. Tri-County performs boundary surveys, topographic surveys, development platting, and FEMA flood services. Now a part of the Baseline, the Seguin office will provide expanded resources and technology to provide professional surveying services to the region.

Gloria Kinz will manage the Seguin office under the direction of Edward Prince, RPLS, and Henry Kuehlem, RPLS, who are located in Baseline’s San Antonio office.
