Steve Williams, RPLS; Robert Davis, RPLS; Andrew Galindo, RPLS; Stacey Lyle, PhD, RPLS; and Darren Williams, RPLS of Baseline Corporation recently attended the 2018 TxDOT Surveyors Conference and Expo in Austin, Texas on April 24 & 25.

This annual event is sponsored by the Committee on Geomatics and Surveying (COGS). It provides a venue for our Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) surveying and geomatics community to meet, learn from experts, increase professional knowledge, stay current with changing technologies, and continue to improve the quality of the surveyor and surveying at TxDOT. This conference also provides an excellent forum for participants to learn or review surveying and legal subjects and become well-versed on TxDOT issues and business practices. In addition, this conference offers attendees an opportunity to share experiences, problems, ideas, insights and suggestions with fellow TxDOT surveyors.

This is always an exciting conference for Baseline to attend and we’re glad that we can partake in such a wonderful event allowing us to learn and expand as surveyors!
